## What is free?

The catalog is free. Search any company. You get the trap and the difficulty score — no account. The desk they honor is the pack.

## What is a Cancel Pack?

A pack is the map for one company: step-by-step exit, them/you script, what to write, what to screenshot, and a chargeback checklist. $12. We will never charge you again for that pack.

## What is the full library?

## If I already bought a pack, do I get credit toward the library?

No. A $12 pack is one company. The library is a separate $39. We do not credit a pack you already bought.
