### What is The Exit?

The Exit is a catalog of how to cancel a subscription. Not a bank app. Not a concierge. Not a certified-mail shop. You get the trap and the difficulty for free. You buy the map — steps, script, letter, chargeback checklist — if you want the desk handled in writing.

### Who is The Exit for?

People who pay a company and want the written exit. You cancel yourself. We do not call the company, log into your accounts, or send the letter.

### How do I start?

Search the catalog. No account. Trap and difficulty are free. $12 unlocks one company. $39 once unlocks the library. One payment. Nothing auto-renews.

### Do I need to link my bank to cancel a subscription?

No. The Exit never asks for a bank login, never uses Plaid, and never takes a percent of “savings.” You cancel yourself with a map: trap, difficulty, steps, and a script.

### How much does The Exit cost?

$12 unlocks one company: the steps, them/you script, letter if they need one, and a chargeback checklist. $39 once unlocks the whole catalog, the hardest cancels (the bleed list), the cancel-by calendar, and the letter generator. Both are one payment. Nothing auto-renews.

### Do you cancel the subscription for me?

No. We sell the DIY exit. We do not call companies, we do not log into your accounts, and we do not send certified mail. If a gym or alarm company needs a letter, the pack tells you what to put on it. You print it.

### What is free?

The catalog is free. Search any company. You get the trap and the difficulty score — no account. The desk they honor is the pack.

### What is a Cancel Pack?

A pack is the map for one company: step-by-step exit, them/you script, what to write, what to screenshot, and a chargeback checklist. $12. We will never charge you again for that pack.

### What is the full library?

$39 once. Every pack, the hardest cancels (the bleed list), the cancel-by calendar, and the letter generator. No auto-renew. Say that out loud.

### If I already bought a pack, do I get credit toward the library?

No. A $12 pack is one company. The library is a separate $39. We do not credit a pack you already bought.

### Can I get a refund?

Yes — within 14 days — if Stripe failed, double-charged, or charged the wrong amount, or if the pack was empty, named the wrong company, or could not be opened after a successful payment. Email hello@theexit.app. We do not refund because you changed your mind, bought the wrong company after reading the free trap, or because the company billed you after you cancelled. That fight is with them.

### How do I cancel a gym membership?

Gyms make joining a kiosk and leaving a pilgrimage. The channel that looks convenient is usually theater. Open Planet Fitness, LA Fitness, or Anytime Fitness in the catalog for the trap. The exact desk is the pack.

### What if they bill me after I cancel?

That is a dispute with them, not with us. Screenshot every confirmation. The pack’s chargeback checklist is for after you used their required method and they drafted anyway.

### How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open Account and enter the email you typed at Stripe Checkout. We send a link. There is no password. Confirm the link on the device you want unlocked.
